LAMP TIK respects intellectual property rights and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. We do not host, store, or claim rights over creator content — the tool simply resolves public streams. If you believe material accessible through this service infringes your copyright, contact us at support@lamptik.online with the subject line “DMCA Takedown Notice” and include all of the following:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or an authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• The exact TikTok URL(s) and the specific LAMP TIK request link(s) at issue.
• Your contact information: name, email, mailing address, and phone number.
• A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by you, your agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act.

Valid notices are reviewed promptly — typically actioned within 48 hours by blocking the affected URL(s) from the tool. Please note that knowingly submitting a fraudulent notice may carry legal consequences.
